New Futures Broker

I am looking for a new futures broker, one that will answer their email in a timely manor.

The company they use to clear their trades through is my other priority. I don’t want it to be the same as my other account.  That way if one company goes under I won’t have all my money there.

I need to keep track of the people I contact, last time I was looking for a broker I called a company they seem to have all the things I wanted.

  • Cheap commissions

  • Answered email

  • Top 5 clearing firm
So I filled out all the paperwork, the guy is trying to open my account and he has some kind of problem.  Then I remember that I already have an account with their company I just didn’t use it for a while.  Turns out the broker I signed up with before had the desk right next to this guy.

That was really embarrassing, and the broker was not real happy about me wasting his time.  Plus my old broker was not real happy with me for trying to sign up with someone else.

That was just a bad situation all the way around.

I am going to try and avoid doing that again.

Anyway, I just sent off an email to www.lakefrontfutures.com I think they may have been my second choice last time I was looking for a futures broker.

But I can’t remember because I didn’t keep track of it anywhere.
