switch to penny stocks?

I have been looking at http://timothysykes.com/ and it kind of reminds me of many of the HYIP investment programs, but these guys are running it through the real stock exchanges and doing the same thing, but with a much much shorter time frame.
It looks like they shoot for around 3 days.

anyway, it's all very interesting and if I could make some money with it using stock account, I would do it in a heart beat.
